By browsing mycowaysales.com or sending an enquiry through this website, you agree to the terms on this page. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.

We may update these terms at any time. The revised version is posted on this page with the date it was last updated, and it applies from the moment it is posted.

MyCowaySales is an authorised sales team of Coway Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. We are not the official corporate website of Coway Malaysia, and we do not speak on behalf of Coway Malaysia in any legal capacity.

All products we present are genuine Coway products supplied through Coway Malaysia. Our role is to advise you on the model, prepare the quotation, and arrange the application and installation.

Monthly rental amounts, normal prices and promotions shown on this website are the rates known to us at the time of publishing. They can change without prior notice, and they are subject to confirmation by Coway Malaysia at the point of application.

Product photographs and specifications are provided for illustration. Actual colour, dimensions and included accessories may differ. Where a specification matters to your decision, ask us to confirm it in writing before you sign.

Promotions may be limited by period, model, stock, location or eligibility. We will tell you which conditions apply to your quotation.

Submitting the enquiry form or messaging us on WhatsApp does not create a contract. It starts a conversation so we can prepare a quotation for you.

A quotation becomes binding only when a Coway rental or purchase agreement is signed and approved by Coway Malaysia.

The rental or purchase agreement for any Coway product is entered into between you and Coway Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Contract length, monthly payment, service schedule, ownership terms, early termination charges and warranty are governed by that agreement.

We will go through the agreement with you before you sign. Please read it, and ask us anything that is unclear.

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, contact number, email address if you provide one, your state and the details you type into the message field.

We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, prepare your quotation and arrange installation. Where an application proceeds, the necessary details are passed to Coway Malaysia to process it.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with unrelated third parties. You may ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp. We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia.

The Coway name, logo, product names, product images and product specifications are the property of Coway Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and its licensors, and are used here to present the products we are authorised to sell.

The layout, written content and design of this website belong to MyCowaySales. Please do not copy or republish them without written permission.

This website links to WhatsApp and may load advertising and analytics services provided by Google. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.

The information on this website is provided in good faith and on an as-is basis. We do not warrant that every price, specification or promotion shown is free of error at the moment you read it.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, MyCowaySales is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits any right you have under the rental or purchase agreement signed with Coway Malaysia, or under Malaysian consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
