What the machines handle
Wash and dry in one drum
The CWD12 washes 12kg and dries 9kg in the same machine, so a full load never waits for a second appliance.
6-Sense AI Wash
The front load washer reads the load and adjusts the cycle, including a dedicated bedding care programme.
10-year motor warranty
The direct drive motor is covered for ten years, and that is the part which usually decides how long a washer lasts.

Questions before you rent
Does the dryer need external venting?
No. The washer dryer is a condenser type, so it does not need a vent to the outside. It does need the drain connection made during installation.
Will it fit my apartment laundry yard?
Send the width, depth and height of the space with a photo. We check the machine dimensions against it before you commit.
How long is the contract?
Contract length depends on the model and the promotion running that month. We confirm the exact term and monthly amount in writing before you sign.
What does the warranty cover?
The motor is covered for ten years. Other parts follow the standard Coway warranty in your rental agreement, which we go through with you.
Can I move the machine later?
Yes, relocation can be arranged through Coway service. Contact us before you move so the connection is done properly.
